What can we offer ? 

Our low hourly rate from £20 per hour on a no fix no fee basis and no flat callout charge offers you the choice of recycled parts where appropriate. This ethic ultimately combines environmental advantage with dramatically lower costs to the customer.

Ecochip has been successfully offering computer repair, consulting and support services since 2004. Our engineers and technicians are experienced and certified.

Ecochip is Microsoft Certified and Registered and its expertise includes the following solution areas and many more :

PC Tuning, Virus Removal,  PC Repairs, Apple Mac Repairs, Laptop Repairs, Upgrades, Data Recovery, Data Backup, Data Destruction , Software and Operating System Issues, PC Hardware & Software Sales & Advice, Recycling and advice to prevent the same IT problems recurring.

We are a mobile service i.e. we mainly come out to you so that you can see what we are doing and how long it takes whereby we can offer you help and advice throughout.

We are available evenings and week-ends as well as working hours too.

Our £20 per hour fee (£25 for the first hour) for households is capped at a maximum of £75 plus the cost of any parts no matter how long the work takes us. There is no VAT on top either. We serve households and small businesses alike and cover Microsoft or Apple PCs and laptops. All other work such as server and network work or on other types of PC is charged at £30 per hour. There is no flat callout charge as such but the time to travel to you and back is billable at the same rate if more than 30 minutes in total. Our engineers are based in Sutton SM2.
